Our Mission
The mission of the Young Women’s Leadership Symposium is to promote the development of future business leaders by giving young women access to mentors and businesses that support their goals. The Symposium will focus on leadership, college and career planning, diversity, advocating for young women and much more.
Who Should Attend
The Young Women’s Leadership Symposium will bring together approximately 80 to 100 female high school students from the Greater San Antonio area and surrounding suburbs.
Mentors
Each of the young women will have the opportunity to interact, in a small group setting, with at least one mentor who are executives and leaders representing diverse companies and organizations.
