As President of Benevity, the market-leading cloud software company for Employee Engagement in Volunteering, Giving and Granting, Eve helps Fortune 500 and mid-market clients to scale their employee Sustainability, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategies and programs, while expanding democratic giving and community connections by both employers and employees.
Eve held previous roles at Microsoft, as Chief of Staff of the telecommunications division, and at SAP Concur, where she led global strategy and operations. In her earlier operating roles, Eve saw first-hand the engagement multiplier effect across her teams’ inclusion programs, which resulted in business impact and higher leadership trust, employee retention and company loyalty.
Eve lives in Seattle with her husband and high-school age daughter and two sons in college. She studied English and languages at Dartmouth College, followed by an MBA from Harvard Business School. She enjoys family adventures, hiking, yoga and informal career mentoring for women.
