Our Mission

Promote the development of our future women leaders by giving them access to influential business women in the Tampa Bay area. The Symposium will focus on leadership, personal brand management and career/college planning.

Important Note for Parents

The Young Women’s Leadership Symposium is designed to encourage open dialogue, sharing of experiences and to foster honest mentor-student communications. Accordingly, we ask that parents and guardians allow their young leader to attend the event on their own unless an accommodation is necessary. If parents or guardians are chaperoning or providing transportation, we welcome you to explore the Hyde Park area and the city Tampa has to offer during the Symposium.
