Welcome to the Tampa Bay
Young Women's Leadership Symposium

If you are interested or have a passion for moving women's initiatives forward, this event is for you! The Young Women's Leadership Symposium is a phenomenal opportunity to transform our community into a truly inclusive environment where young women are encouraged to reach their full potential.

Who Should Attend

Female high school students from the Tampa Bay area. Each young woman will interact, in a small group setting, with at least one event day coach who is a female executive from an elite organization in the Tampa Bay area.

Our Mission

Promote the development of our future women leaders by giving them access to influential business women in the Tampa Bay area. The Symposium will focus on leadership, personal brand management and career/college planning.

Important Note for Parents

The Young Women’s Leadership Symposium is designed to encourage open dialogue, sharing of experiences and to foster honest mentor-student communications. Accordingly, we ask that parents and guardians allow their young leader to attend the event on their own unless an accommodation is necessary. If parents or guardians are chaperoning or providing transportation, we welcome you to explore the University of Tampa campus or the sites that nearby Hyde Park and Tampa has to offer during the Symposium.
