The Executive Council is a group of highly established and regarded leaders from different industries and organizations that come together to raise funds in support of the Young Women’s Leadership Symposiums, its programs and newly introduced initiatives. This body will be made up of leaders holding a title of Vice President or higher, who will execute projects at the direction and discretion of the YWLS.


The mission of the Executive Council will be to create synergy amongst its national networks and provide financial support to YWLS.



Membership benefits will include national recognition for the participating member and supporting company or organization via the website, newsletters, and event advertising by the local and regional Diversity Council, as well as corporate logos on Diversity Council and YWLS web pages, links to sponsoring organizations website, and the opportunity to plan and participate in Diversity Council events.
